Mayfair porcelain is an extensive, exquisite line of professional/commercial grade porcelain designed specifically for the foodservice/hospitality industry. Features are pure white, full vitrified tableware and FDA approved/inspected to ensure food safety. Specially formulated to be free of lead or cadmium and fired at 2700 degrees F results in porcelain service-ware that is non-porous, more durable, chip resistant. Reinforced porcelain material and rolled edges result in a higher level of thermal shock tolerance; not so easy to chip going from the freezer to room temperate etc. Our porcelain is freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher safe.
